For security, passwords are reset by your institution. Ask your PG cell or administrator to issue you a new set-password link — they can do this from People & access. Open the link they share and choose a new password.

1. Contact your institution's admin / PG cell.
2. They generate a fresh set-password link for your account.
3. Open it, set a new password, and sign in.
